Do you want to become one of the Staff in "Legend Of The Clans"?
Then you're in luck!
In order to apply, just post in a Topic that is named after the "Job Type" you want.
For example, you want to be a Moderator. Just post in the Topic that is named "Moderator"!
And yes, sometimes, you may or may not be picked. Just keep that in mind while applying for a Job!
